The Madness Begins

As if we should have expected anything less, day 1 of the 2010-2011 College basketball division 1 tournament shocked many people as teams like the Richmond Spiders and the Morehead State Eagles advance to the second round over larger powerhouse schools like the Vanderbilt Commodores and the Louisville Cardinals.  Brackets were in haywire after these teams pulled off the amazing feat yesterday afternoon.  More first round games will be played today.  What do you think is in store?

Pens/Devils

The Pittsburgh Penguins face off against the red-hot New Jersey Devils tonight at 7:00pm.  The Devils are an astounding 18-2-2 in their last 22 games led by star winger Ilya Kovalchuck.  As for the Pens, they're still without captain Sidney Crosby, but with  a few new players and others returning to injury they're almost back to where they need to be.  Chris Kunitz is also expected to return to the lineup this weekend as he began full contact practice a few days ago.  Can the Pens put out the fire under the Devils?
